A two-courtyard stone house became an eight-room boutique hotel.
Konak Baypark is registered as a second-degree cultural monument inside the Midyat conservation area; the title deed describes it as a stone house with two courtyards. The restoration was completed in line with decision no. 2251 of the Mardin Regional Board for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, dated 23 September 2025, and the hotel opened under a licence issued by the Midyat Municipality on 6 March 2026.
The mansion consists of twelve spaces in total: eight guest rooms, two kitchens, a storeroom and a laundry. It covers 1,175.01 m² of built area on a 955.24 m² plot.
The property holds a Bureau Veritas certificate for environmental and cultural sustainability and is open all year round.
