This notice explains how we process the personal data you share with us, under Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

1. Data we process

Through reservation and contact requests made on this website we process: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the dates and number of guests relating to your request, any further information you include in your message, and — for technical logging — your IP address and browser details.

For guests checking in, identity details are also collected and reported to the authorities as required by Turkish Law no. 1774 on Identity Notification.

2. Purposes

We process your data to evaluate and respond to your request, to establish and perform the accommodation agreement, to meet statutory reporting duties, for accounting and invoicing, and to handle requests and complaints.

3. Legal basis

Processing rests on the necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç) and our legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f). In any other case we ask for your explicit consent.

4. Transfers

Your data may be shared with competent public authorities where the law requires it, with our accounting and IT infrastructure providers, and — if you choose to send your request over WhatsApp — with that messaging provider. Transfers abroad take place only to the extent required by the hosting and messaging services we use, within the framework of KVKK art. 9.

5. Retention

Reservation and contact records are kept for the statutory limitation and retention periods (as a rule ten years), after which they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction, request that these actions be notified to third parties, object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
